The Quality Policy of LOJIT MEDICAL is based on the following principles:

• Awareness and commitment to complying with the regulatory requirements that affect us.
• Maintaining the involvement of all staff in the quality management system processes.
• Understanding the satisfaction of our beneficiaries with the services provided, as they are the beginning and end of our activity.
• Ensuring the effectiveness and reliability of the services provided through the control and continuous improvement of the processes that make up our activity as logistics providers for companies and hospitals.
• Striving for competitiveness with market-leading products (ZIMMER, MEDACTA, NUVASIVE), ensuring that customer needs and expectations are identified, converted into requirements (including legal and regulatory requirements) and met.
• Providing training and skills to LOJIT MEDICAL staff in order to achieve the objectives set out above.
• The structure in its normal operation identifies and manages the physical and human factors of the working environment necessary to achieve service conformity.
